Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy
This policy applies from 31 August 2026. Version 2.0.
This covers who owns what you see on Sukuto, what you may do with it, and how to tell us if you think something on the site infringes your rights. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions.
1. Who owns the content
Sukuto is operated by Travelware Technologies Private Limited (CIN U63031MH2020PTC339052). Everything on the platform — text, photographs, images, illustrations, video, audio, data, layout and software — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.
"Sukuto", our logo and our branding are our trade marks. You may not use them without our written permission.
2. What you may do with it
You may use the platform, and view, download or print its content, for your own personal, non-commercial use — looking for a vehicle, making a booking, keeping a copy of your own booking or invoice. When you copy anything, keep the copyright and ownership notices on it.
That permission is personal to you. It is not exclusive, you cannot transfer it, and we can withdraw it.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, reproduce, republish, broadcast, distribute, sell or licence any part of the platform or its content for any commercial purpose.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically store our listings, prices or availability, whether by hand or with automated tools.
- Modify our content, or create derivative works from it.
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or ownership notice.
- Use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you.
- Use anything from the platform in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
If you want to use our content for something not covered by clause 2, ask us first at [email protected].
4. Content that comes from other people
Some of what you see is supplied by our rental partners or other users — vehicle photographs, descriptions, partner rental terms, reviews. They are responsible for it, and they confirm to us that they have the right to publish it.
We do not check every item before it appears, so we cannot promise that content from other people is accurate, current or complete. Vehicle images in particular are representative: the actual vehicle may differ in model, variant and colour, as our Terms and Conditions explain.
5. What we are responsible for
Nothing in this policy limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the same limit as clause 15 of our Terms and Conditions, we are not liable for errors or omissions in content supplied by partners or other users, or for loss arising from your reliance on it. Where content on the platform is wrong and it affects a booking you have paid for, the remedy is the one in our Terms and our Cancellation and Refund Policy, not a separate claim under this policy.
6. If you think we have infringed your rights
Tell us and we will look into it. Write to our Grievance Officer:
Chandan Singh, Grievance Officer, Travelware Technologies Private Limited
[email protected] · +91-8884414400
Please include: what you own and how you own it; where on Sukuto it appears, with the exact page address; enough detail for us to find it; your contact details; and a statement that you believe the use is not authorised.
We acknowledge within 48 hours. Where a complaint is made out, we remove or disable the material, usually within 36 hours of a valid notice, and tell whoever supplied it.
7. If we think you have infringed ours
We may remove content, suspend or close your account, and take legal action. Where the content came from a rental partner, we may also remove their listings.
8. Changes, and which law applies
We may update this policy; the version that applies is the one published at the time, and its start date is shown at the top of this page. Indian law applies, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction — without affecting your right to approach a consumer forum where you live.
